Many of the textbooks have a systematic introduction, but let us put aside those concepts, a simple column:
1. Actuator: It is the structure that the robot outputs the external interaction. The motor (high-speed motor / stepper motor / servo, etc.) is usually combined with a variety of mechanical structures (gears / belts / levers, etc.) to complete the robot's external action.
Drive system: refers to the circuit and software that drives the actuator, such as stepper motor drive / servo drive.
Sensing mechanism: It is a mechanism for robots to receive their own information and external environment information. It is usually composed of sensing units (touch / light / infrared / temperature, etc.) to help the robot to understand itself and the external environment.
Intelligent system: the part responsible for the robot's thinking.
Power System: responsible for the robot's energy supply, generally refers to a variety of power (dry batteries / rechargeable batteries, etc.).
